New Sunay School Program
Sunday School for four year olds to Confirmation age will now meet once a month during worship service. The third Sunday of the month. Sept. 8 is Rally Day, Sept. 15, Oct 20, Nov. 17.
Dec. 1, Dec. 8, Dec. 15 - Extra rehearsals for SS Christmas Program December 15 at 10:30.
Beginning in September - Monthly noise offering will be collected the 3rd Sunday as well, so the children can participate in collection and we can share some information with them as to where the offerings are going.

What a wonderful VBS/DAY CAMP!
Led by Counselors from Ingham/Okoboji Bible Camp.
The theme was "Cultivate Life" John 15:5.
The kids had a wonderful time singing, doing crafts, games and learning about God.
Thank you to the Women of the ELCA for funding this event. It was worth every cent that was spent. You should have heard the kids sing at the program. They were awesome.

Thank you to Pastor Luke and Lisa Tallman for organizing. Carol Tedder for all the help and decorating. Kris Honeycutt for helping with snack time.

Preschool Closing
After 42 years, the St. John
Lutheran Preschool has closed
its doors permanently. We would like to thank you for your support and dedication for our mission.
